Luminometers
These advanced luminometers from MicroDigital provide highly sensitive measurement of light emitted from chemiluminescent or bioluminescent reactions. The Lumi uses standard 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes and has a limit of detection of 1 x 10-18 moles of ATP and a dynamic range up to 7-log.
The Lubi Plus microplate luminometer from MicroDigital utilises proprietary PMT technology for exceptional sensitivity and is compatible with 6, 12, 24, 48, and 96-well microplates. High-precision operation enables fast and accurate measurements over a spectral response range of 230 nm - 700 nm with a limit of detection of 3 x 10-21 moles of luciferase.
