Product Description
The ADAM™ MC PLUS introduces a new standard in automated fluorescence cell counting. It features brightfield and fluorescence image channels (for Acridine Orange and DAPI) combined with auto-focusing and a 4X objective lens for superb image clarity.
The ADAM™ MC PLUS is ideal for counting peripheral blood mononuclear cells, cell lines, stem cells, leukocytes, splenocytes, and adipocytes. It utilises 4 channel disposable slides and captures 13 images per channel. The unit only needs a 15 μL sample loading volume and a 3.2 μL measuring volume and captures images of a sample in 10 seconds.
Sample analysis includes total cell counting, cell viability, cell size, and clump/aggregation percentage with superb accuracy and reproducibility.
