Product Description

The EVE-HT A26 is a fully automated cell counting system engineered to streamline sample preparation and analysis by integrating hands-free pipetting, aliquoting, diluting, staining, and counting into a single system. It delivers high throughput performance while reducing workflow variability and ensuring reproducible results.

The EVE-HT A26 provides dual fluorescence and brightfield channels for AO/DAPI, Trypan Blue, and Erythrosin B staining. It requires a 20µL sample volume and can analyse 96 samples in 10 minutes.

The EVE-HT A26 features an 8-channel pipette head and a pipette tip holder that is compatible with 200 µL pipette tips for seamless automated liquid handling. It also features an  auto-darkening interlocked lift-up door that ensures user safety during operation and prevents external light interference during counting samples.

The high throughput cell counter includes a reservoir holder that is designed to securely hold reagent reservoirs for staining and assay preparation. It also incudes a counting plate holder that  accommodates up to two counting plates (48 channels each) for high-throughput and accurate analysis.

The EVE-HT A26 features a well plate holder that holds both a 96-well sample plate and a mixing plate to streamline workflow efficiency.
