Product Description
The LEIA-X4 fluorescent quantitative detection system for real-time qPCR utilises advanced Peltier systems to control sample temperature and optimise PCR amplification. The instrument features four fluorescent channels and LED excitation from 455nm-680nm to activate an extensive range of fluorescent dyes for quantitative detection. Emission signals are detected by a multi-pixel photon counter (MPPC) system in the range of 510nm - 730nm.
The LEIA-X4 utilises X/Y motor control to move the 96 wells of the sample plate to allow non-contact excitation/detection using top scanning of each well.
Image Acquisition and Analysis Software
The LEIA-X4 is controlled by intuitive and powerful software which also provides comprehensive data analysis capability. Analytical functions include absolute quantification, melting curve, relative quantification (AACT), and genotyping experiments. Guided flow operation, and the capability to open previous experimental records, allows for easy analysis, viewing of recent experiments, and the creation of new experiments.
