Product Description
These nucleic acid extraction kits use proven magnetic bead separation to adsorb DNA to achieve rapid purification of whole blood genomic DNA. The kits are suitable for extracting high-purity genomic DNA from as little as 200ul anticoagulated whole blood samples.
The kits can be used with the magnetic bar method utilised in automatic nucleic acid extraction systems for high-throughput extraction and can also be manually operated using a magnetic frame. The cleaning fluid system can maximize the removal of protein, pigment, lipid and other inhibitory impurities. The extracted genomic DNA has large fragments, high yield, good purity, and is stable and reliable.
