Product Description

These nucleic acid extraction kits use proven magnetic bead separation to adsorb DNA to achieve rapid purification of DNA from fresh or dry blood spots. The kits are suitable for extracting high-purity genomic DNA from 3 pieces of 3 mm x 3 mm blood cards or blood spots.

The kits can be used with the magnetic bar method utilised in automatic nucleic acid extraction systems for high-throughput extraction and can also be manually operated using a magnetic frame. The cleaning fluid system can maximize the removal of protein, pigment, lipid and other inhibitory impurities. The extracted genomic DNA has large fragments, high yield, good purity, is stable and reliable, and is especially suitable for automated extraction using high-throughput workstations.
